Orange Sky is a collection of contemporary worship songs and songs of personal testimony and praise. The album contains a variety of styles including up-tempo guitar songs and more mellow piano ballads. The title track Orange Sky is an up-tempo 'feel good' song, which should have you singing along in no time!
"These songs were written mainly over a period of a year and a half, at a time in my life where there were huge changes, challenges, difficulties and heartache, and also massive blessings and opportunities. All of these things are expressed in my music. You see, I'm not really the type of person who shares their emotions well, so I put all of my feelings, whether they are feelings of love and joy, or even frustration and pain, into songs - it's just my way of expressing myself.
"These songs are full of very personal words and feelings. Each song has it's own story which is usually quite clear. Some are songs which may encourage those who are down and frustrated, some are a personal testimony of what God has done, and who and what he is to me, others are prayers and praise set to music.
"It's my hope and prayer that as I share my heart with you, that you will be encouraged in your own life and relationship with God, if you already know him. If you don't know him yet, it's my prayer for you that you may hear and respond to the gentle whisper of his voice telling you of his amazing love for you."
